Enis has been in the field for over 9 years and has developed plans for corporate offices, multi-million dollar residences, and boutique retail shops.

 

In his years of experience, Enis has overseen the construction of many expansive commercial projects, specializing in projects with a large number of trades on site and crane pick coordination. He expertly coordinates all phases of construction, interfacing with owners, superintendents, and foremen with ease.

Stephanie Kolic Baskahya graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.

 

Stephanie has been in the field for over 10 years and has designed and developed plans for mixed-use buildings, private residences, and boutique retail shops.

 

Stephanie has overseen the construction of several expansive commercial projects, specializing in data cabling projects, and fire prevention construction and applications. From demolition to the final touches, she has been there to ensure that all details are carried out to the owner's exact specifications.

Established in 2009, SKEB Designs Inc. is an architectural design firm that provides design, drafting, rendering, and construction representation services.
